How to access your investor portal

Step 1

To access your private investors area, click on the link below and select the Investors tab

You will need to enter the account number and password for the trading account you funded and click the blue arrow

Step 3

You will see the dashboard screen below.

How to make additional deposits

You add and withdraw funds to your account via your Investor portal with our partner broker. We never have access to your money. First you need to deposit the funds to your account then allocate it to the GreenGate fund as outlined below.

Step 1

First you need to deposit Funds to your Investor account via wire transfer. Click on the button below to login to the Secure client area using the username and password you created when registering your account.

Select the investor account you wish to deposit to and select deposit, ensure that the balance on the account is credited with the desired amount.

Step 3

In the “deposit from” field select “wire transfer (GBP only)” and click continue. NOTE it is highly recommended to use wire transfer especially for larger deposits as fees apply to deposits made by debit or credit card*. Allow three business days for wire transfers to clear

*Banks may charge a fee for wire transfers, please check with you bank before making deposits.

Step 4

The payment and unique reference details will now be populated and look similar to the example below. Use the details to make a wire transfer from your bank to deposit funds into your trading account. You can do this from your online banking app, telephone banking or in branch. the reference is your trading account number, surname, please ensure you use the unique reference provided.You will see the credit appear on your investors account once the transfer is complete.

Step 5

Next you need to allocate the funds from you investor account to the GreenGate Capital fund. Log into your Private Investors area and on the investments screen, click MM – Greengate Capital within the PAMM field.

Step 6

You will see the following screen, select Deposit.

Step 7

Ensure your trading account has enough funds, then enter the amount you wish to deposit and click confirm. Your request will be processed within 24hrs.

How to make withdrawals

Step 1

Log into your Private Investors area. On the Investments screen, click MM – Greengate Capital within the PAMM field

Step 2

You will see the following screen, select Withdraw.

Step 3

Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click confirm, your request will now be processed, please allow up to 24hrs. Once the withdrawal request is complete you will see the amount credited to your Investor account. From here you are free to withdraw the funds to the bank account that is registered to your investor account.

How to check withdrawal and deposit status

Step 1

Log into your Private Investors area. On the main screen select Requests.

Step 2

You will see the following screen, from here you can view the request status for deposits and withdrawals.

How to view transactions and trade history

Our service is a hands-off investment. The system is fully automated and you don’t have to do anything other than check your account and withdraw your profits.The best way to monitor your account performance is via your Investors area. While we suggest monitoring your account on a regular basis to track performance, we do not recommend that you check your accounts too frequently. It is the nature of trading that there will be winning and losing trades, and the real value of our performance is measured over months of trading and not just a single day or week.

Please note, open positions may often appear to be in negative equity. This is perfectly normal as the market is constantly moving and trades may often pull into negative equity, often for some time, before turning in the intended direction of the trade.
